Providing TLG's Service requires us to share certain booking and contact information with the companies responsible for transporting and delivering your luggage or equipment.
This may include your:

Depending on the destination and provider, these safeguards may include:
- a European Commission adequacy decision;

- another legally recognised transfer mechanism.
An adequacy decision allows personal data to flow to a recognised country without additional transfer safeguards; where there is no adequacy decision, mechanisms such as SCCs can be used. European Commission
You may contact us if you would like more information about the safeguards used for a particular transfer.
9. How Long We Keep Your Data
We do not keep personal data longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required by law.
Different retention periods therefore apply to different types of information.
Booking and shipment information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and deal with questions, complaints, claims and disputes.
Financial and accounting records are retained for the period required under Dutch tax and accounting law. Dutch businesses must generally retain basic business records for at least seven years; certain records can be subject to longer retention requirements. business.gov.nl

Website and technical data is retained according to the purpose of the relevant cookie, analytics system or security system.
When personal data is no longer required, we delete it or anonymise it where reasonably possible.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by:
- using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email; or
- contacting us at info@travelinglightglobal.com.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
We will not sell your contact information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
