Boots, gloves, helmets and other winter sports gear should be packed securely.

You can use a strong boot bag, travel bag or suitcase, depending on what you select during booking.

• the bag can be lifted and handled safely;

Suitcases and travel bags should be suitable for transport and fully closed before pickup.

• the luggage is not overfilled;

• the luggage matches the size and weight entered during booking.

Before booking, measure your packed bag or luggage carefully.

Measure the full outside dimensions, including:

• wheels;
• side pockets;
• straps;
• any parts that stick out.

Please measure the shipment as it will be picked up, not just the empty bag.

Please weigh your fully packed shipment before booking.

The weight should include:

• the bag or case;
• all gear inside;
